This Privacy Policy explains how SIMVLN Tech Solutions ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your information when you use simvln.com and our online tools ("the Service").
Most of our tools process your files entirely in your own browser — those files never reach us. A few tools require our servers; those files are deleted immediately after processing and are never stored. We use cookies for analytics and advertising, and you can decline non-essential ones at any time.

2. How your files are handled
Tools that run in your browser
Most of our tools process your file entirely on your own device. Your file is never uploaded to us and never leaves your computer or phone.
Tools that use our servers
Some tools require server-side processing. For these:
- Your file is sent over an encrypted connection to our secure cloud servers.
- It is held only for as long as the conversion takes — typically a few seconds.
- It is deleted immediately once the result is returned to you, whether the conversion succeeds or fails.
- We do not copy, store, read or share your files, and no human ever sees them.
- Passwords you enter for encryption tools are used only to process your file and are never stored.

We do not collect or store payment card details, government ID, or the contents of your documents.
4. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use:
- Essential cookies — keep you signed in and remember your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics cookies — to understand how the Service is used. You may decline these.
- Advertising cookies — to show relevant ads and limit repetition. You may decline these.
We also use your browser's local storage to remember how many free uses you have left today. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.
You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in our footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser settings.
5. Advertising
We display advertising on our tool pages to keep the Service free.
- Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and other sites.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- You may also opt out via aboutads.info/choices.
If you decline advertising cookies, you will still see ads but they will not be personalised.
6. Third-party services
We use Google services for authentication, analytics and advertising, and trusted third-party providers for contact form delivery and financial data feeds (no personal data is shared with the latter). We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any party.
7. Data retention
- Files — deleted immediately after processing.
- Usage counters — automatically removed after a short period.
- Account details — kept until you request deletion.
- Analytics data — retained per Google Analytics settings.
8. Security
We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your information. Passwords are managed through Google's authentication service and are never visible to us. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we take these protections seriously.
9. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 — and, where applicable, the GDPR — you have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, withdraw your consent for optional cookies, and ask how your data has been used. To exercise any of these rights, email info@simvln.com. We will respond within 30 days.
10. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without verifiable parental consent as required by applicable law.
11. International users
We are based in India. If you use the Service from outside India, your information may be processed in India or other countries where our service providers operate.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
